Call Back procedure
In order to enable a Call Back procedure, please conduct the following steps:
- Call Back preparation:
- Connect the system's PC to the internet (The internet connection should be direct instead of through a modem).
- Disconnect all computer protection programs (i.e Fire Wall).
- Verify port 5500 is open.
- Install the attached file in the PC.
- Call Back connection:
- Double click the 'Call Back' icon.
- Wait for response from your DNR intermediary.
- During the Call Back:
- Internet connection should work continuously during the process.
- A representative (preferably the user) is required to be near the system.
- Please provide a phone number to which DNR can contact the representative during the process.
