Call Back

Call Back procedure

In order to enable a Call Back procedure, please conduct the following steps:

  1. Call Back preparation:
    1. Connect the system's PC to the internet (The internet connection should be direct instead of through a modem).
    2. Disconnect all computer protection programs (i.e Fire Wall).
    3. Verify port 5500 is open.
    4. Install the attached file in the PC.
  2. Call Back connection:
    1. Double click the 'Call Back' icon.
    2. Wait for response from your DNR intermediary.
  3. During the Call Back:
    1. Internet connection should work continuously during the process.
    2. A representative (preferably the user) is required to be near the system.
    3. Please provide a phone number to which DNR can contact the representative during the process.
